The research results are based on experimental research materials. Research methods: experimental, general histological methods, neurohistological methods, immunohistochemical method, densitometry method, morphometry method, statistical methods. The purpose of the work is to increase the degree of restoration of brain and peripheral nerve structures by stimulating the pool of endogenous mesenchymal stem cells and modifying their microenvironment to potentiate their differentiation into organ-specific elements. The connection between the appearance of CD34, CD44, CD68, CD90 and CD146 cells around the hemorrhage in stroke, the connection of some immunophenotypic populations in the development of cellular reactions in response to dexamethasone and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor was revealed. Reactive changes of glial cells in the perifocal area of the hemorrhage and in the cerebral cortex, modification of the development of gliosis under the influence of high doses of dexamethasone were established. An increase in the neurotization of the neuroma was revealed after the combined use of dexamethasone with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor. A method of quantitative assessment of immunohistochemical reactions and approaches to the creation of a mathematical model of cellular reactions in stroke have been developed.
