The purpose of the study is to reveal the content of the institutionalization of anti-corruption legislation transformations and the practice of its application in the sphere of public-legal relations of Ukraine. Theoretical results of the research: phenomenological and empirical knowledge of the means of combating corruption, concentratedly reflected in dissertations, scientific articles, theses of reports at conferences, monographs, methodological recommendations on the enforcement of anti-corruption legislation. Practical results of the research: the genesis of the problem of corruption and anti-corruption activity was determined, and also the relevant methodology of knowing the interrelationships of legal norms of anti-corruption legislation and the conceptual apparatus of the research problem was applied. These results are used for the direct implementation of law interpretation activities in the field of commenting on the provisions of the relevant anti-corruption law and the practice of its enforcement. To some extent, these developments are important for judges, public administration, and law enforcement agencies during their professional activities. The novelty of the study: the concept of institutionalization of anti-corruption transformations of legislation and the practice of its application in the sphere of public-legal relations of Ukraine is proposed.
