The purpose of the research is to develop the components of the professional training system in the conditions of the innovative educational environment of the pedagogical institution of higher education. To achieve the set goal, the following tasks have been formulated: • to develop a system of professional training of future teachers for the development and use of pedagogical technologies, which includes a structural and functional model of professional pedagogical training with the definition of methods, means of professional pedagogical training, means of evaluating the effectiveness of the functioning of the pedagogical system; • to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional motivation for pedagogical activity among future primary school teachers; • justify the pedagogical conditions and the structural-functional model of formation of the readiness of future primary school teachers to educate the culture of gender relations in younger schoolchildren and experimentally verify the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical conditions; • to theoretically justify and experimentally verify the pedagogical conditions for the formation of aesthetic culture among future primary school teachers; • to develop a structural-functional model and determine the pedagogical conditions for educating future primary school teachers in a responsible attitude to interaction with the family of a younger schoolboy.
