In particular, the first chapter examines the process of genre creation in a historical-theoretical context and its influence on the genre dynamics of modern mass media, traces the role and significance of new methods of information gathering on the functioning of informational and journalistic genres. The second chapter represents the “media - human rights – society” algorithm. Issues related to the key ethical principles of the mass media are in the center of attention of the performers of scientific and research work. The consequences of the use of hate speech by mass media in diachrony and synchrony are highlighted, in addition, the modern Ukrainian mass media space is analyzed for the use of hate speech, and ways to overcome it are outlined. In the context of human rights issues, the problem of using language means of expressing the manipulative influence of regional internet publications and TV channels was analyzed, as well as the specifics of the coverage of the topic of mobbing by modern mass media.
