The purpose of the work is to create scientific and technological principles for obtaining dispersion-strengthened nickel alloys that do not contain chromium and are alloyed with tungsten, molybdenum and other transition metals with high characteristics of technological plasticity and fatigue strength for work in the environment of combustion products and air at temperatures up to 1200 0C. Research methods – modeling of thermokinetics of sintering and oxidation processes using a synergistic approach, technological means of powder metallurgy, physical-mechanical and functional tests, X-ray phase analysis, metallography, fractographic analysis. The regularities of reaction sintering of dispersion-strengthened nickel alloys with peritectic and eutectic nature of interaction have been established. Oxidation processes at temperatures up to 1250 0С and the influence of alloying with transition metals on the mechanisms of creating heat-resistant and heat-resistant materials and the formation of material properties were studied. The behavior of thermokinetic processes during sintering and oxidation of alloys was modeled, which made it possible to compare theoretical and experimental results and formulate the principles of creating dispersion-strengthened nickel alloys.
