Objects of study - nitrogen-fixing bacteria Azotobacter vinelandii UCM B-6087 and phosphate-mobilizing Bacillus subtilis UCM B-5175, plants, phytopathogenic microorganisms. The aim of the project was to study the physiological and biochemical activity of the component strains of the complex bacterial preparation Azogran in their interaction with nanomaterials of different nature and the effect of these microorganisms on some biochemical properties of plants. To do this, it was planned to study the dependence of the physiological and biochemical activity of these strains when grown in media containing certain concentrations of nanomaterials and organic phosphorus compounds, to assess the effect of these conditions on the energy status of these bacteria, to determine the effect of Azogran on the biochemical activity of plants. Research methods: microbiological, biochemical, physical, physicochemical, chemical, statistical. It has been established that the strain A. vinelandii UKM B-6087, which is a component of the complex bacterial preparation Azogran, is able to inhibit the growth of a number of micromycetes species. It has been shown that cultivation of B. subtilis UCM V-5175 and A. vinelandii UKM V-6087 in media with nanoparticles affects the energy state of bacteria. These strains are able to assimilate organic phosphorus compounds and thus improve the phosphorus nutrition of plants. The use of Azogran and B. subtilis UKM V-5175 in agroecosystems significantly affects the antioxidant properties of plants, their synthesis of biologically active compounds, which contributes to the growth, development and productivity of plants.
