The purpose of the first stage of work is to assess the prerequisites for bioenergy waste utilization. The methodological basis of the research is the conceptual foundations of sustainable development, circular economy; methods of dynamic and mathematical modeling of the developed technology. An overview of the directions of secondary use of waste is made, which emphasizes bioenergy recycling, which makes it possible to obtain secondary products and energy carriers. Recommendations for solid waste sorting is developed, which include the introduction of 8 types of containers to obtain more uniform streams of sorted waste; solid waste logistics is improved through proposals for the introduction of vacuum sorting stations for waste transportation. New knowledge is obtained regarding the theoretical volumes of obtaining energy resources from bio-waste of enterprises, which represents wide opportunities for their energy autonomy and is especially relevant during the martial law in Ukraine. Mathematical models of advanced equipment with hydraulic and electromagnetic drive for mechanical dewatering of wet dispersed waste are developed. The equipment is proposed, which, in comparison with known installations, ensures significantly lower final moisture (20-25% compared to 74-76% for known equipment) with appropriate productivity, which will help to reduce by 300-500 times total energy costs for the implementation of the waste dehydration process by food enterprises. The proposed solid waste sorting and logistics schemes can be used by communities to implement an effective waste management system and their subsequent recycling. The obtained results are of great importance for ensuring the country's economic, environmental, energy security; energy autonomy of agro-industrial complex enterprises; implementation of the green economic.
