Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  The study showed that a number of deviations in microcirculatory indicators affect the presence of clinical signs of hypertension in children, as well as the need to use microcirculation research in this pathology, including for the purpose of assessing the further effectiveness of the management of such patients. The shown results can be used in clinical practice, demonstrate the need to perform capillaroscopy of the nail bed in patients with arterial hypertension for early diagnosis, to determine the management tactics of such patients and to monitor their dynamics. It is noted that with primary arterial hypertension in children, microcirculatory changes occur, which were determined in all constituent structural components of microcirculation - vascular, intravascular, and perivascular. The role of various factors in the deepening of microcirculatory disorders in this pathology in children has been determined. Data were obtained on the increase in the frequency of altered diameters of the arterial and venous branches of capillaries, their length, which obviously aggravates the course of primary arterial hypertension. The relationship between indicators of the microcirculation system and systemic arterial pressure in primary arterial hypertension is outlined. It was determined that a wide spectrum of clinical symptoms is observed in children with arterial hypertension, the development and formation of which is to some extent associated with microcirculatory disorders. The relationships established by correlation analysis confirm the importance of microcirculatory disorders in the clinical manifestations of the studied pathology. It is shown that it is necessary to draw the attention of doctors, future specialists in the medical field, to the role of microcirculatory disorders in primary arterial hypertension, especially in the presence of certain signs, such as the value of the diameters of the capillary sections, the tortuosity of the arterial section of the capi Product Description popup.authors Hovalenkova Olha L.
