Subject of research - scientific-methodological, resource and socio-ecological-economic substantiation of the processes of ensuring ecological and economic security in the use of land and water resources according to world standards in the context of European integration and globalization of the world economy. The purpose of the work is the theoretical, methodological, practical socio-ecological and economic substantiation of ensuring the safety of agrarian nature management, optimization of water and land resources use by agricultural traditional and energy plants in different regions as a hazard to the country's economy and the environment according to world standards. Research methods - statistical, modeling, systematic, analysis and synthesis and other methods that are consistent with the requirements of modern European and world standards and in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
