Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 ABSTRACT Report on the GDR: 26 p., 2 fig., 2 t., 24 s. open data, interoperability, infrastructure, geoportal, cloud technologies The goal is to provide bilateral data exchange with Ukrainian and European partners of the ERA-PLANET project and the ERA-PLANET/UA program, with external consumers and sources of information based on the general requirements and decisions of the ERA-PLANET consortium, support for GEOSS/GCI data management systems, compliance with European rules for providing access to data and quality of service requirements, taking into account the scalability of the infrastructure to support big data. Main results: 1) in order to ensure the continuous operation of the geoportal in war conditions, 2 options for mobile cloud implementation have been developed:  serverless (or local) using the well-known Kyiv mapping library Leaflet JS,  completely cloud based on Google Earth Engine, combining a public data catalog, computing infrastructure, API and interactive server in the Google cloud, and therefore supports the geoportal with fully built-in tools, even without the client part; 2) At the request of the Institute for Space Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the State Space Administration of Ukraine (IKI NASU and SSAU), the following was implemented:  loading and displaying geoJSON of temporarily occupied territories from https://deepstatemap.live/ (polygons "ORDLO", "Occupied" and "Crimea"),  loading and displaying geoTIFF on the example of the Kyiv region,  loading and displaying shape-files on the example of the Kyiv region,  connection and display of the WMS layer,  converting geoJSON to shape-file format for Google Earth Engine. The developed approaches to serverless or completely cloudy implementation of the geoportal make it possible to implement the European concept of the Open Science Cloud without the cost of own hosting, renting cloud resources, etc. Product Description popup.authors Bilodid Oksana O.
