The adsorption of anticancer drugs cisplatin, gemcitabine, and doxorubicin on the surface of Fe3O4/Al2O3/C nanocomposite was studied. Samples of new magnetically controlled adsorption materials for technical, ecological and medical-biological purposes, theranostic medicinal products for targeted delivery have been developed. A technique for the synthesis of a biocompatible functional layer of biomimetic hydroxyapatite on the surface of models of titanium (VT-16) medical and biological products has been developed. Bioactive glass 60S saturated with the antibiotic "Vancomycin" was synthesized as a material with osteoconductive properties, prolonged and dosed release of an antibacterial drug for use in osteosurgery. A method of control (estimation) of antibiotic release into the model environment has been developed. The possibility of adsorption immobilization of cisplatin on the surface of 60S bioglass, its slow release into the biological environment and the prospects of 60S/CP composites for the development of a new implant as a delivery system for antitumor drugs with chemotherapeutic and osteoconductive properties and prolonged action for use in oncoosteosurgery have been proven.
