It is substantiated that political discourse in the linguopragmatic aspect has a system of branched speech genres; the discourse of social networks reveals its specificity in the linguopragmatic aspect. The concept of artlang as a kind of artificial language is defined on the basis of a functional criterion, the varieties of existing artlang, features of their construction and functioning are characterized. The issue of translatability of artificial language into natural language is considered; a new direction of linguistics - neuroethics is singled out, which gets the opportunity to technologize its findings, turning them into recommendations for improving human behavior and relationships in society. It has been proven that surnames, in particular their morpheme-word formation, are a vivid indicator of ethnic identification, and surname assimilation is one of the important steps aimed at the bloodless destruction of ethnicity; the analysis of the conceptual opposition of HAPPINESS/UNHAPPINESS taking into account its relationships with other concepts was carried out and it was found that the concepts of LIFE, SATISFACTION (ENJOYMENT), CREATIVITY, FREEDOM OF SPEECH, INTEREST, UNDERSTANDING, HUMOR, FRIENDSHIP, CHANCE, HUMAN .
