IMV B-7570, which was collected in 6 scaffolds with a total size of 4,311,124 bp. The largest of the scaffolds has a size of 2,195,989 bp, the smallest - 19,406 bp. The GC content of the genome is 29.7%, which corresponds to the GC content of the genomes of other Clostridium species. The genome encodes 4,075 genes, of which 3,996 are protein-coding, including 3,385 with predicted function and 611 with hypothesized function. There are also 14 rRNA operons and 59 tRNAs in the genome. It was shown that the accumulation of butanol was 6 g/l using a pomace concentration of 20 g/l. It was shown that the optimization of the conditions of preliminary preparation of lignocellulosic raw materials increased the accumulation of butanol by 25-50% after cultivation of Clostridium acetobutylicum IMV B-7570 strain (IFBG C6H 5M).
