The subject of the research is morphofunctional changes in the testicle and prostate glands of mature, elderly and senile men. The object of the study is the structural organization of the blood vessel and parenchyma men of mature, elderly and senile age. The purpose of the study is to establish the peculiarities of the structural organization of the testicle and prostate gland of men of the first period of adulthood, the second period mature age, old age and old age. The main tasks of the study are: a) to establish the nature of changes in blood vessels and parenchyma of the testicle and prostate gland in men of the first period of mature age (22-35 years old), b) examine blood vessels and testicular parenchyma and of the prostate gland in men in the second period of adulthood (36-60 years old), c) to establish the features of involutional changes in the testicles and prostate gland of men old age, d) establish the nature of involutional changes in the testicles and prostate gland in men of old age (75-90 years). The following methods were used during the research: 1) separate injection of arteries, veins and vessels of the microcirculatory channel, 2) angiography, 3) morphometric analysis, 4) electron microscopic examination of testicle structures and of the prostate gland, 5) statistical analysis, 6) ultrasound angiography of the prostate gland on the Siemens Sonoline G60S device ("Siemens AW", Germany). In the gray scale mode, linear dimensions were determined (length, width, thickness in mm, volume in cm3 ). In the mode of color Doppler mapping, as well as in pulse- the number of vessels and their diameter were estimated in the wave mode. Statistical analysis obtained indicators were performed using software Statistica 6.
