The results of studies of the properties zinc oxide films of n-type conductivity ZnO, ZnO: Ga and ZnO: N-Al as well MoOx films, which reveal the relationship between technological parameters of deposition on the one hand and the structure, optical, electrical and photoelectric properties on the other, which are important for the creation of optoelectronic and photovoltaic devices. The mechanism of spin-dependent giant thermopower in FMNC Co/Al2O3 in a magnetic field is investigated and explained in terms of reduction of electron scattering by magnetic localization centers with parallel orientation of magnetic moments of electrons and localization centers when the magnetic field is switched on under conditions of jumping conductivity. By comparative analysis of EPR spectra of Gd2O3 and Fe films and two-layer Gd2O3/Fe structures, it was found that in two-layer Fe/Gd2O3 structures the exchange interaction parameter increases 4.76 times due to f - d exchange interaction occurring between interface gadolinium and iron atoms. contact layers Gd2O3 and Fe.
