No. DZ/143-2022 and Order No. 1071 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated November 29, 2022. According to the contract of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine, 13 final reports on scientific and technical works commissioned by the state, which were completed in 2022, were handed over to UkrINTEI. UkrINTEI developed a methodology for organizing and conducting scientific and scientific and technical examination of final reports, ensured the selection of experts according to the priority areas of development of science and technology, organized and conducted scientific and scientific and technical examination of submitted reports. In order to conduct a scientific and scientific and technical examination of the final reports of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, together with UkrINTEI, they determined the criteria for their expert assessment. For each report, two scientific and scientific and technical examinations were conducted, which were then summarized by the organizers of the UkrINTEI examination. The results of the scientific research work were presented in the form of separate generalized scientific and scientific and technical examinations for each final report and submitted to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for further work.
