Research results and their novelty - an analysis of theoretical approaches to the characterization of critical infrastructure in Ukraine, classification of sectors and objects belonging to critical infrastructure was carried out. The methods of financial support of infrastructure projects in Ukraine are disclosed, which include the placement of corporate rights by enterprises, the use of state and local budgets, resources obtained on the basis of borrowing, as well as the pooling of capital from the state and private sectors of the economy. The dynamics of capital investments in our country have been analyzed. The issue of the application of mechanisms for joint financing of infrastructure on the basis of public-private partnership agreements is revealed. Approaches to state regulation of critical infrastructure facilities under martial law conditions, real possibilities of their financing from the state budget are revealed. The improvement of the legislation applied in the EU, aimed at increasing the stability of critically important enterprises, is analyzed. The main directions of financial support for the restoration and development of the critical infrastructure of Ukraine in the post-war period have been determined, taking into account the economic and fiscal policy of the EU. An analysis of the normative provision of state regulation of critical infrastructure in Ukraine was carried out, taking into account the requirements of the introduced martial law.
