The starting materials for the synthesis of CaTiO3 perovskite and the resulting composite powders in the CaO-TiO2 –Nb2O5 system were studied. X-ray diffraction and SEM studies of the properties of the composite (CaTiO3 + TiO2) showed that the use of niobium as a dosing element significantly accelerates the course of the CaTiO3 synthesis reaction, while increasing the concentration of perovskite in the system. It was established by X-ray diffraction methods that the formation of a solid solution (doping) of Ca(Ti, Nb)O3 took place, which resulted in the production of composite samples (CaTiO3 + TiO2) with a specific resistance, the value of which is close to the values inherent in semiconductors.  Product Description popup.authors Bloshchanevych Oleksandr M.
