The goal of the project is to create a Strategy for the Development of Artificial Intelligence in Ukraine, which includes a strategy for scientific research in the field of artificial intelligence, a strategy for training artificial intelligence specialists, a strategy for technological development and the sequence of introduction of domestic and global technologies into the national economy, military sphere, education, production, agriculture, etc. The main research methods were the comparative method, methods of the theory of computing systems and geometric neural networks, methods of mathematical and simulation modeling.
