The purpose: To improve the immediate results of the treatment of children with acute kidney injury through early diagnosis, as well as optimization of the prevention and treatment of acute kidney injury in the early postoperative period. The work is the first domestic study that contains a theoretical justification and a practical solution to the problem of evidence-based application and improvement of methods of diagnosing acute kidney injury and the use of renal replacement therapy methods in pediatric patients after cardiosurgical correction of CHD. In the course of the work, an analysis of the risk factors of acute kidney injury in children of different age groups and various hemodynamic disorders associated with CHD was carried out, a protocol for early diagnosis of acute kidney injury in children after cardiosurgical interventions was formed and approved, the choice of renal replacement therapy methods in children after cardiosurgical interventions. Methods of hardware replacement renal therapy in low birth weight newborns, as well as during extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in children after cardiac surgery have been developed and improved. The proposed scientific research is aimed at solving the current problem - improving the results of surgical treatment of congenital heart defects by developing and implementing into practice the latest methods of diagnosing acute kidney damage.
