Project goal: To investigate the interactions of phosphorenes obtained by a new mechanochemical method with model phospholipid membranes. Conduct research on possible effects of amplification of optical signals of biomolecules applied to phosphorenes. To establish the optimal parameters of nanoparticles to obtain the maximum possible gain for the tasks of vibrational spectroscopy and other applications. Research methods and equipment: infrared and Raman spectroscopy. Synthesis of phosphorene by electrochemical exfoliation without the use of water as a solvent. Equipment - IR spectrometer with Fourier transform INVENIO-R (Bruker). Theoretical and practical results: The interaction between phosphorenes and biological molecules - lipids and thymine - was studied. Spectral markers of such interaction were determined and conformational analysis of biological molecules was carried out. Quantum-chemical calculations showed insignificant changes in electron density and charge (less than 0.02e) in the case of thymine on a single layer of phosphorene. We can expect insignificant local fields in the vicinity of the studied molecules on the phosphorene layer and an increase in optical signals up to 5 times, which was obtained on the DOPS lipid adsorbed on phosphorene. 2D phosphorenes are proposed to be used as a platform for research and amplification of signals from hydrophobic molecules, namely complex biological macromolecules. Novelty: a new ttechnique for the synthesis of phosphorenes without the use of water as a solvent is proposed, which allows to minimize structural defects and oxidation of the obtained nanoparticles. The possibilities of phosphorenes for obtaining enhanced optical signals of biomolecules are shown. Scope of use: the institutions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, in research institutes of the NASU, in biochemical laboratories.
