Mathematical tools have been developed for determining and analyzing the environmental efficiency of management decision-making, which include an evaluation function; determination of weighting factors; transition from quantitative indicators of pollution to risks for public health; determination of the integral risk weighted by the value of the socio-economic value of the territory, taking into account its population, and on their basis the corresponding software was developed. The results of the work were used in the preparation of comments and proposals for the project "Methodological recommendations for the development of an environmental impact assessment report for thermal power plants (thermal power plants, thermal power plants) and other capacities for the production of electricity, steam and hot water with a thermal capacity of 50 megawatts and more using organic fuel " (from 06.08.2020) and implemented in LLC "Science Park of the State Ecological Academy of Postgraduate Education and Management "CHORNOBYL", the Darnytsia District Office of the Main Office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kyiv, the Main Office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Ivano-Frankivsk the National Technical University of Oil and Gas, and the Educational and Methodological Center of the Central Railway and BZD of the Rivne region.
