The main objectives of the project are to conduct information and analytical studies of the radar technology and electronic reconnaissance (ER), the creation of a methodology for assessing the electromagnetic availability of a large number of different types of covert signals from the radar, the development of a scientific and methodological apparatus for the identification, analysis, recognition and direction finding of the LPIR and the operating model of the software and algorithmic system modeling and calculations for practical use in the relevant departments and organizations-developers of ER means and electronic warfare. popup.description2  A list of signals, which should be used for covert radar modes, has been summarized and compiled. A unified analytical description of broadband signals with presentation of amplitude-phase-frequency-time parameters in matrix form has been developed for use in databases in their simulation. From the standpoint of radar and radio monitoring, an improved methodology and indicators for assessing the availability of Low Probability of Intercept Radar (LPIR) in space, energy, frequency, time, and structure have been created. The indicators make it possible to give a quantitative assessment of the availability of LPIR emissions and their reach depending on the spatial, energy, frequency, time and structural parameters of radio emissions. A new effective two-coordinate model of signal detection and reproduction in conditions of structural-parametric a priori uncertainty has been developed based on the generalization and proof of the counting theorem in the time-frequency domain. On its basis, a new procedural algorithm for the processing of broadband hidden signals was synthesized, which, unlike the known ones, implements their single-pulse compatible detection-evaluation-classification. Algorithms for the detection of hidden noisy and partially chaotic signals with overcoming a priori uncertainty in time and frequency-time parameters were synthesized and analyzed for the first time. Updated method and algorithm for filtering functions of modulation (manipulation) and classification of hidden signals. An improved procedure for generating a vector of signs of LPIR emissions from classified hidden signals has been developed, and an updated method and algorithm for recognizing LPIR and their modes of operation has been proposed by comparing the formed frequency-time portraits of radio signals based on the Choi-Williams transformation and noise reduction using a discrete S - transformation. It was determined that a radical solution to the problem of detection and direction fin Product Description popup.authors Ivanenko Stanislav A. Bezruk Valerii M. Halkyn Serhii O.
