The object of research is the processes of design and technological preparation of machine-building production based on CAD/CAE/CAPP systems, modern repair and restoration technologies, plasma-mechanical and magnetic-abrasive processing. The purpose of the work is 1. Approximation to market conditions of parameters of design and technological preparation of production (KTPV). 2. Improvement of the process of plasma-mechanical processing (PMO) of parts and technological parameters of magnetic-abrasive processing (MAO). 3. Creation of scientifically based recommendations for the design of technologies for the repair and restoration of parts of mining and metallurgical equipment. Research method. The set goal determined the application of a complex method of research, which includes analytical analysis, scientific generalization of previous research, mathematical and software modeling, and experimental research. A set of proposals for implementing the configuration and application methods of CAD/CAE/CAPP systems to increase the productivity of the KTPV is substantiated. It was established that there is a need to achieve compliance of the parameters of the KTPV process with market requirements and increase the competitiveness of machine-building enterprises. Application of these methods will reduce the time and cost of design preparation for production by 20-30%. The developed PMO process will lead to an increase in the productivity of processing difficult-to-process alloys by 25...30%, an increase in production efficiency due to a decrease in the specific costs of processing machine parts. The introduction of the MAO process of parts of mining machines with a complex profile will lead to an increase in their reliability, namely, a helical pair of perforators, by 10...12%.
