Gеneral provisions" (hereinafter − DBN), as the result of approval, 3 approval protocols were drawn up for the second edition of the draft DBN. Based on the results of comments' and suggestions' consideration, the final version of the draft DBN and an explanatory note to it were developed. A positive audit report as well as the approval were obtained for the final version of the draft DBN, based on the results of its comments there was drawn up a protocol for the positions' approval for the final version of the draft DBN and the final version of the draft DBN as well as the explanatory note to it were revised. The "Construction Regulations Case" was drawn up, the scientific support of the developed draft DBN was carried out until being approved in accordance with the established procedure.
