The task of the work is to carry out the deposition procedure, isolate pure cultures, and study the biological properties of the strains. Research methods are accepted in microbiology. As a result of the work, pure cultures were isolated, the morphological and cultural properties of the strains were investigated and analyzed, their compliance with the passport data was established. The cultures were lyophilized and the procedure for their deposit was carried out. Scientific and technical products - certificates of deposit of strains in the Microorganisms Depository of the Institute of Microbiology and Virology named after D.K.
