But there were special bursts with properties that are significantly different from standard type IV bursts. An example of such a burst is the Decameter Type IV, which was observed on July 13, 2022. It was observed by NDA radio telescopes (France) and URAN-2 (Ukraine). The burst had a significant flow - up to 100 s.P. The parameters of its thin structure in the form of fiber - bursts were significantly different from the parameters of the thin structure of ordinary bursts of IV bursts. Thus, the duration was only 1 - 2.5s, and the speed of frequency drift reached in some cases the values higher than 20 MHz. At the same time, their polarization was extremely high - up to 100%. The expected CME before the Type IV burst about SOHO and Stereo B missions are not shown. It is assumed that such an emission does not have significant optical radiation.
