Web-to-Print services, aimed at the B2B segment, generate "runs" (mock-ups of printed sheets of future products) from various orders and deliver them to print shops that are geographically close to the offices of companies whose orders mainly led to the filling of the run. The second model is known for the work of global services Vistaprint and Flyeralarm. These printers independently generate a flow of orders from customers of the B2B and B2C categories and fulfill orders, after which they carry out logistics. The importance of the Internet has led to an extraordinary growth in the number of sites that offer all kinds of services to their users. Many of them are very useful for the user, but the low level of usability of many sites leads to wasted time, irritation and frustration. Despite the fact that the usability tool is very important in creating successful sites, many do not consider the recommendations of experts for developing a practical design. Including measurements and improving usability in the process of developing sites is one of the most important recommendations. This work is aimed at convincing the owners of commercial sites that monitoring the usability of sites is one of the important tasks of a successful business. Ways to solve this task are indicated not only for large business sites, but also for small and medium ones.
