On a monthly basis, a study of the dynamics of Ukraine's foreign trade was conducted and forecasts of the development of world trade in 2022 and 2023 were analyzed. The prospects of economic cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Turkey and the contours of the modernization of the World Trade Organization were studied. Special attention is paid to the reaction of the special services of many countries to the military aggression of the Russian Federation. The challenges and opportunities for the implementation of Ukraine's foreign policy in order to ensure its national stability in the conditions of full-scale Russian aggression are identified. Ways of strengthening bilateral relations with friendly neighboring states were considered. An analysis of the foreign and domestic policy of the Russian Federation in the context of its war against Ukraine is provided.
