Wetting of SiO2, aluminum alloys by solder melts: Pb–2,5Ag–0,7Cu; Pb–15In–0.7Cu; Pb–3Ag; Pb–25In was studied. The method of metallization of surfaces by nanocoatings of adhesive metals – Ti, Cr, Nb for SiO2 and Cu, Ni for aluminum alloy was used to improve the wetting of SiO2 and aluminum alloy. Solders, modes and technology for soldering quartz glass to aluminum alloy were selected and joints were obtained at a temperature of 600 С. Wetting of AlN with Ag–28Cu and Pb–3Ag solders with Ti additives was studied and model samples of brazed waveguides (AlN to Cu) were made. The joints are vacuum tight and support 5 heat resistance test extensions at 20–700–20 C. A set of new data on the peculiarities of wetting and contact interaction in Co–Nb, Ni–Nb melts / ceramic oxide and nitride materials systems is obtained. The influence of Ni, Sn and In impurities in the composition of Ag–28Cu solder on capillary and contact processes during soldering of alumina ceramics VK94-1 and VK100 with titanium VT1-0 was studied. Solded joints of ceramics with ceramics are obtained and the influence of these impurities on the strength of brazed joints is studied. The wetting of cBN is studied out and the soldering technology is developed and models from cBN of composite purpose are made. The impregnation of mixture of nano and micro diamond powders of brands AFM 10/7 - AFM 1/0 and metal (Ti, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Fe, Co) powders which inert to carbon by Cu alloys were studied. Made a batch of diamond tubular drills. High efficiency of drills at drilling of window glass, granite, marble was found. At the request of the State Enterprise Arsenal, the technology of Dewar soldering for the photodetector were developed. Vacuum-tight vessels are made in 2 variants. Products were transferred for a complex of researches to the enterprise. Product Description popup.authors Adamovskyi Anatolii A. Hab Ivan I. Hryhorenko Mykola F. Durov Oleksii V.
