The object of research is a sound signal containing fragments of the speech of one or more persons, processed using sound signal modification methods in order to distort the acoustic features of a person. The subject of the study is the process of recognizing a person based on available acoustic features and/or the transcribed textual content of his speech. As a result of the project, the identification possibilities of linguistic features depending on the type of connected speech were investigated, the possibilities of statistical description of subsets of persons and the connection of various types of features were investigated, a person model was developed based on linguistic features, metrics for measuring the distances between person models and their means were proposed classification, a functional scheme of the system of person recognition by means of artificial intelligence using linguistic signs was developed, applied methods of identification and verification of a person based on linguistic signs were developed. The software of the prototype system with artificial intelligence of the recognition of the person based on the transcribed data and in the complex with acoustic features was developed. A number of numerical studies were performed on test data sets and speech fragments. The project was carried out in accordance with the priorities of the state policy in the information sphere according to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated December 29, 2016 "On the Doctrine of Information Security of Ukraine" and Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 47 dated February 25, 2017.
