During the reporting period, the main provisions of the concept of powering magneto-semiconductor pulse converters (MSPCs) from renewable energy sources (RESs) were determined, mathematical models of MSPCs and RESs were developed, calculations of operating modes and mutual influence of MSPCs and RESs were carried out. Also, the power structure of basic units of MSPCs and special semiconductor converter (SSC) RESs operating in the same system was developed, the structures of advanced magneto-semiconductor pulse generators (MSPGs) were studied in relation to their main quality indicators, and it was determined that they significantly exceed the known analogs under consideration. The executors worked out the introductory provisions of the concept of powering MSPGs from renewable power sources (RESs). The obtained results will make it possible to formulate requirements for the characteristics of MSPCs and RESs in a compatible mode of operation in a wide range of changes in generated and consumed electricity, as well as changes in the structural diagrams and characteristics of individual nodes for the creation of improved MSPCs and RESs energy converters for sustainable and energy-efficient operation. Prospective fields of application - recommended for use in modern advanced electro-pulse technologies, including the laser industry, magnetic-pulse processing of metals and various media, electro-hydraulics, pulse welding, electromagnetic location and a number of other technologies. MSPCs are indispensable for use in fundamental research of experimental physics, uranium enrichment using AVLIS technology, special equipment, medical and biological applications, as well as in conditions of limited power of renewable power sources on agricultural farms.
