During the reporting period, scientific research works were carried out in accordance with the Work Plan for 2022. Within the framework of the topic, the fundamentals of the theory of the creation of improved magnetic semiconductor pulse devices (MSPDs) and the practical principles of their construction were substantiated, power keys of various types with improved technical and economic indicators, intended for improved MSPDs, were presented. In the course of the work, a study of the existing schemes and algorithms of the operation of hybrid converters was carried out and their advantages and disadvantages were identified, which made it possible to substantiate the choice of the power circuit, control system, as well as control algorithms to ensure the selection of the optimal technical solution of the hybrid converter of the modular type with a power of up to 5 kW for RESs in terms of both technical and economic characteristics. Based on the results of the research, new control algorithms for hybrid converters for modular RESs were developed, which identify the implementation of the necessary and beneficial modes of operation of these converters for their operation in autonomous and network modes with optimal indicators of their quality, and practical control schemes for hybrid converters for RESs with improved technical features were developed indicators. During the reporting period, a patent of Ukraine was obtained and an application for a patent of Ukraine was submitted, an article and theses were published, two reports were made at international conferences.
