Registration Date 30-03-2023 Organization Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding popup.description2 The object of research the processes of formation and automated deposition of sprayed coatings with followed deformation heat treatment and computerized quality control in shipbuilding and ship repair. The purpose research is to develop the advanced technologies for the creation and automated deposition by robotics with computerized quality control of functional reinforced sprayed coatings and determine their physical, mechanical and operational properties. Research methods and equipment, theoretical and practical results: As a result of experimental studies, new regularities of the influence of technological parameters of sputtering (using the established optimal amplitude-frequency parameters of electric pulse action on a heterophase high-temperature jet) on the process of grinding and acceleration of sputtered particles to ensure a more finely ground and dense microstructure of the coating, which allows obtaining a complex of increased physical and mechanical and operational properties in the process of their formation. In order to obtain the maximum level of physico-mechanical and operational properties, their pre-recrystallization heat treatment (PTO) was carried out, due to which the dislocation substructure of the obtained coatings was transformed into a crushed and nanosized one. The optimal temperature-time parameters of pre-recrystallization heat treatment of sprayed coatings have been established, which makes it possible to fix the substructure with nanoscale elements and increase their hardness up to 40%, reduce thermal conductivity by 10...30%. The influence of intense plastic deformation (IPD) methods on the size of the areas of coherent X-ray scattering (CXR) and hardness was studied using the example of traditional compression deformation and surface plastic deformation (SPT) followed by pre-recrystallization heat treatment, which ensures maximum coating hardness.   Product Description popup.authors Bobrov Maksym Mykolayovych Buturlya Yevhen Andriyovych Vinnychenko Iryna Leonidivna Galinkin Yuriy Mykolayovych Gerasin Olexander S.
