The object of the project are two Х-band radars for surveillance of earth/sea surface. Methods and equipment - new physical models, calculation techniques and software developed by contractors have been used to develop Х-band radar for surveillance of earth/sea surface. For the manufacture and testing of the radar and its components, the equipment developed by contractors was used. Results and scientific novelty – two Х-band radar for surveillance of earth/sea surface with a range of characteristics that meet the best analogues in the world have been developed. Radar technical characteristics: Center frequency will be specified by The Contractor between 8500 - 9000 MHz Operating bandwidth 200 MHz Target description: azimuth, range, RCS, radial speed, absolute speed and course of the object. Characteristics of radar detection (subject to visibility Pd = 80%, Pfa = 10-6) a) Person (RCS = 0.5 m2) ≥ 15 km b) Heavy-duty vehicle (RCS = 10 m2) ≥ 28 km c)Unmanned aerial vehicle (RCS = 0.01 m2) ≥ 6 km d) Helicopter (RCS = 5 m2) ≥ 25 km Speed measurement range 0.2 m/s ~ 100 m/s Accuracy of azimuth measurement ≤ 1° (RMS). Range accuracy ≤ 5 m Speed measurement accuracy ≤ 0.2 m/s Azimuth resolution capability ≤2° Range resolution capability ≤15m Beam scanning mode in azimuth: mechanical scanning.
