Registration Date 31-03-2023 Organization OG Vlokh Institute of Physical Optics of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine popup.description2  The effects of self-nanostructuring of covalent network glass systems (CNGS) based on chalcogenide, chalcohalide, and borate glasses (CG, CHG, and BS) caused by their high-energy mechanochemical activation were investigated, and their structural and optical characterization was carried out, in particular: - synthesized and prepared CNGS samples based on Asx(S/Se)100-x type CG from the glass transition region, (GeS2-Ga2S3)-CsCl type (including 65GeS2-25Ga2S3-10CsCl) and BG of the alternating-cation series Li2B4O7-CaB4O7-LiKB4O7 (including lithium tetraborate Li2B4O7); their microstructure was investigated (by the methods of XRD-FSDP, OSP, PEAS); - with the use of the "Hyper-Chem" software package, quantum-chemical modeling "from the first principles" of internal structural inhomogeneities in CG, CHG and BG was carried out, the optimal compositions of their forming matrices for the introduction of activators were determined; - the effects of self-nanostructuring in CNGS caused by their high-energy mechanoactivation were studied, the operational properties of mechanically activated CNGS were parameterized; - a phenomenological configuration-entropy model of intrinsic nanostructuring in CNGS based on As-S/Se CG, (GeS2-Ga2S3)-CsCl CHG and Li2B4O7-type BG is proposed. A methodology for the creation-formation-stabilization-functioning of nanostructural inhomogeneities in CNGS based on CG, CHGS and BG with optimized characteristics for optoelectronics, photonics, sensor and opto-telecommunications technology was substantiated.
