The aim of the work is scientific substantiation and empirical confirmation of the formalization of regional and national patterns of resistance (socio-economic, behavioural and financial determinants, as well as public health parameters) to the destructive impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on macroeconomic stability, national security and local community resilience, which were formed in Ukraine and the world before the beginning of the pandemic and during the pandemic period. In the research it is used such methods as logical-historical, monographic, bibliometric, system-structural, statistical analysis, regression modeling on panel data, multivariate analysis (principal component method), correlation analysis, cluster analysis, Granger test, Fishburne method. An analysis of the trends and spatio-temporal patterns of the spread of COVID-19 was carried out. Integrated indicators for assessing the levels of macroeconomic stability, national security and local community resilience have been developed taking into account the sensitivity of their components to the destructive impact of COVID-19. Municipal and national patterns of resistance of macroeconomic stability, national security and community resilience to the destructive impact of the COVID-19 pandemic have been identified.
