The purpose of the work is to establish the fundamental regularities of the kinetics and mechanisms of the processes occurring during the electrochemical synthesis of electrocatalytic coatings by composites using electrolytes based on low-temperature eutectic solvents; to establish kinetic laws and mechanisms of electrocatalytic processes with the participation of the received electrocatalysts. Research methods - linear and cyclic voltammetry, electrode impedance spectroscopy, gravimetry, titrimetry, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray spectral electron-probe microanalysis. The fundamental regularities of the kinetics of processes during the electrochemical synthesis of electrocatalytic composites with a metallic matrix of electrolytes based on low-temperature eutectic solvents have been established. The regularities of electrocatalytic processes with the participation of synthesized composite electrocatalysts are characterized.
