The object of research is a complex of physical, mechanical, chemical and operational properties of biocomposites modified with organic fillers. The subject of research is the mechanisms of structuring and recycling of biocomposites with organic fillers and determining their influence on the properties of biocomposites. The purpose of the work is to study the influence of modified organic fillers on the properties of biocomposites and structuring, followed by the development of technological processes of product formation and recycling. Biocomposites based on reactive plastics have been developed. This makes it possible to reduce the content of the polymer binder, since reactive plastics in their initial state have a high fluidity. It is technologically convenient to reinforce biocomposites with natural powders (wood flour, starch) and fibers (flax, coconut, technical hemp). The use of these fillers ensures the improvement of the physical, mechanical and operational properties of biocomposites in the case of the formation of highly filled systems, which is due to technological, economic and environmental advantages. Research methods and equipment. The study of the physical and mechanical properties of biocomposites was carried out using the methods of determining compressive strength, hardness, and impact streingth. The degree of structuring of the epoxy polymer system was determined by the content of the gel fraction in the polymer in the Soxclet extractor. Chemical analysis was carried out using the method of infrared spectroscopy. The study of the macro- and microstructure of the material was carried out using microscopes MBS-9, REM-106 I. The study of water absorption and chemical stability of the obtained materials was carried out using water and 10% solutions of acids and alkalis Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2023-04-03 Close
