The research method is the processing of experimental data to determine the norms of the yield of ethyl alcohol and the actual losses of ethyl alcohol during the production of rectified alcohol, as well as bioethanol from mash, statistical analysis and generalization of the obtained results. Finalization of the research results was carried out and the text of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the approval of "Norms of production losses and output of ethyl alcohol, including bioethanol" in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for regulatory documents was provided and approved.
