The purpose of the work is to study the features of the synthesis of SiC nanofibers on substrates made of high-temperature fabrics, such as carbon and silica, and to study the growth mechanism of nanofibers depending on the nature of the catalyst, phase composition, and structure depending on the parameters of the synthesis; to study the synthesis process, morphology, phase composition, and structure of hexagonal BN research methods for the synthesis of oxygen-doped carbon nitride O-g-C3N4 (up to 4-7% O) and composite materials based on them (powders and films O-g-C3N4/TiO2). A study of the synthesis of SiC micro- and nanofibers on substrates made of high-temperature carbon and silica fabrics at various synthesis parameters (temperature, time, nature of the catalyst) was carried out, and carbon plates filled with SiC micro- and nanofibers were produced. The results of microhardness studies of manufactured nanocomposite samples based on fluoroplastic, made using such plates, exceed the microhardness of similar composites reinforced with micropowders of refractory compounds. The methods of one-stage synthesis of O-g-C3N4 films and the formation of binary photosensitive in the visible region of spectral solar light films of the O-g-C3N4/TiO2 composite on a Ti substrate, promising for use as photoanodes of an electrochemical cell for hydrogen production, have been developed and optimized. TEM and SEM studies of SiC micro- and nanofibers and BN nanostructures were conducted. Product Description popup.authors Ershova Olga G. Andrushchenko Denys I.
