The technology for the synthesis of carbon nanostructures with a developed surface in different technological conditions by three methods (in different environments, in the presence of catalysts and alloying additives, etc.) was worked out for the creation of PE electrodes; 2. Me-C composites with a developed surface were obtained, where the metal catalyst is located on the surface of carbon nanostructures in the form of island films with a layer thickness of several atomic monolayers. This reduces catalyst costs; 3. Cheaper catalysts from graphene doped with nitrogen compared to platinum group metals are proposed; 4. The methods of applying electrodes to hard polymer membranes by the electrochemical method were developed and their working characteristics were studied; 5. The application of the obtained materials as electrocatalysts for the recovery of oxygen in the fuel cell is considered; 6. A pilot sample of solid polymer PE was created and its operational characteristics were investigated; 7. The performance characteristics of the obtained materials were compared with commercial Pt/C electrocatalysts.
