Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematics. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining-geological and mining-technical characteristics of the excavation site 1002-M of the lava layer C10v of the mine named after Heroes of Space PSD «Mine Management named after Heroy of Space» PJSC "DFEK Pavlohradvugillya". The calculation of the expected release of methane within the excavation site 1002-M of the lava of the C10v formation, the necessary efficiency of degassing and the air consumption for ventilation of the excavation site of the lava of the C10v formation was performed. Measures have been developed to manage the degassing system of extraction sites during fires in mining workings. The "Project of degassing of the mining area 1002-M of the stratum C10v lava of the mine named after Heroes of Space PSD «Mine Management named after Heroy of Space» PJSC "DFEK Pavlohradvugillya".
