The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions, scientific and theoretical approaches and the use of economic and educational transformations in the conditions of digitalization. Research methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the fundamental provisions of economic theory, intellectual analysis of data, state economic forecasting, as well as scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists. To solve these tasks in the process of performing the work used a complex of general scientific and special methods of research: analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, logical generalization, structural and logical modeling, graphic; statistical (grouping, comparison, observation and comparison); dialectical; correlation analysis; system-integration; expert assessments. The influence of digital transformation on the economic and educational component is determined, the rapid development of digital economy and modern information technologies is investigated, which influences the nature of scientific research and production, culture, education, social sphere and other spheres of life. The laws of the modern market are taken into account, which cause changes in subjects in accordance with modern global digitalization trends. The content of the digital transformation process involves the gradual transition from digital (digital data) to a digital economy (digital transformation). The influence of digitalization of the economy on socio-economic development is analyzed.
