The object of research is a systematic set of theoretical principles and practical dynamically constructed tools and recommendations related to ensuring the phase transition to the additive economy. The study aim is to develop a scientific and methodological complex and useful tools for Ukraine's breakthrough transition to the digital economy model based on the rationale for breakthrough technology (artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, new materials, alternative energy, modern agricultural technologies, digital business platforms, 3D printing). "Smart" networks, cloud technologies, efficient transport and logistics, etc.). Following the goal, the following tasks are set: to identify key problem nodes and successful practices (including foreign ones) of the transition to the additive economy model; to develop recommendations for the institutional sociologization of transformational solutions and activation of the self-organization potential of the population and business structures of the "additive" digital economy; to form systems of indicators and criteria for their quantitative determination to assess the dynamics of the state of socio-economic and ecological systems.
