A kinetic model of the phase field was built to study the dynamics of precipitation/dissolution of precipitates of new phases and the evolution of point defects during heat treatment and neutron irradiation of the Fe-Cr-Al alloy. Phase diagrams of precipitation of alpha-phase precipitates in the Fe-Cr-Al alloy were obtained. The dynamics of precipitation and their statistical properties were studied. The influence of irradiation on precipitation/dissolution processes at different irradiation temperatures and dose rates was established. Changes in the mechanical properties of Fe-Cr-Al alloys under external loads in the form of shear and compression deformation in annealed and irradiated samples were studied.
