The purpose of the work is to develop compositions and a method of obtaining densely sintered non-alkali radio-transparent ceramics, non-alkali glasses and glass-metal-ceramic coatings for the protection of chromium-nickel alloys. Research methods – calculation and basic physico-chemical methods of analysis. Peculiarities of the microstructure and phase composition were investigated and the obtained compositions of densely sintered radio-transparent ceramics of celsian composition for the production of fairings for aircraft antennas and elements of phased antenna arrays, for which a new technical solution was proposed and 1 application for obtaining a security document of Ukraine for an object of intellectual property rights was submitted (on invention). Practical recommendations on the basics of the technology of manufacturing ultra-high-frequency ceramics of cordierite composition and technological instructions for the manufacture of microwave ceramics of cordierite composition were developed, experimental samples of microwave radio-transparent ceramics of cordierite and celsian composition were prepared. The dependences of the influence of the chemical composition and conditions of glass formation on the physicochemical properties of alkali-free glasses of the MgO(SrO)–Al2O3(Y2O3, La2O3)–B2O3–SiO2 system have been established.
