The team of performers determined the ways and means of enriching the lexical composition and grammatical structure of the Ukrainian language, revealed the stylistic features and syntactic organization of prose and poetic speech of Ukrainian authors, established the relationship between social and linguistic processes, analyzed the linguistic situation in the south of Ukraine. The research of discourse as a plane of functioning of multilevel linguistic units continues within the framework of the research work. The executors of the research work organized and conducted a number of scientific events, in particular: conferences - VII All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference "Modern Orientations of Philological Science", I All-Ukrainian Student Scientific and Practical Conference "Priority Directions of Philological Research" (2017); VIII All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference; "Modern Orientations of Philological Science" (2018); I International Scientific and Practical Conference "Philology and Linguodidactics in the Context of European Integration: Present and Prospects", II All-Ukrainian Student Scientific and Practical Conference "Priority Directions of Philological Research" (2019); II International Scientific and Practical Conference "Philology and Linguodidactics in the Context of European Integration: Present and Prospects" (2020); round tables (5), as well as unscheduled seminars and webinars.
