The mineral and granulometric composition of finely dispersed hydrophobic inert dust for the SPP LLC enterprise was studied and it was found that the analyzed samples of inert hydrophobic dust fully meet the requirements imposed on them by the "Safety Rules in Coal Mines". Implementation results - the work performed allows to increase the safety of mining operations, contributes to the prevention and extinguishing of coal dust explosions, extinguishing fires in the mine workings of coal mines, which is of great socio-economic importance.
