Subject of study: Patients with non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Research methods: General clinical, laboratory, instrumental, morphological, statistical. Results: 350,000 new cases of BCa are registered in the world. According to the National Cancer Registry, about 5,000 new cases of BCa are diagnosed in Ukraine every year. At diagnosis, about 75% of patients have stage Ta, T1. A high capacity for relapse and progression characterizes cancer as an aggressive disease. Therefore, it is important to determine the prognostic factor of cancer and analyze intravesical chemotherapy regimens. BCa occurs more often in men than in women, in 2/3 of cases the disease is detected in people over 65 years old. Carrying out intravesical installations using different schemes of chemotherapy drugs has been confirmed by positive results after their use.
